He was dean of Eötvös Loránd University between 2015-2017 and rector between 2017-2025. Between 2020-31 July 2025, he served as President of the HRC, and since then, as Honorary President.

Since 2012, he has been the rector of the University of Dunaújváros and a habilitated college professor. He is a member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and the Communication Management Working Committee of the Committee on Economic Sciences. He is the Honorary Ambassador of the City of Leszno, Poland. He is a recipient of the Hungarian Cross of Merit.

A graduated forestry engineer from the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Industry in Sopron, and a graduated economist from the Budapest University of Economics, he received his doctorate in 1999 and his habilitation in 2011. He headed the Sándor Lámfalussy Faculty of Economics at the University of Sopron. He has been the rector of the university since 1 August 2020.

Since 1 August 2020, she has been the rector of the University of Miskolc, previously serving as Deputy State Secretary for Higher Education and, before that, as vice rector of the University of Miskolc, her alma mater. As a historian, her research fields include early modern and modern Hungarian history, the history of the Habsburg Empire, and historiography.

Dr. Gergely Deli Pro Cultura Humana, Hajnóczy and Junior Prima award-winning lawyer, university professor, doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. He obtained his degrees from ELTE, Cambridge University, and New York University. His field of research is Roman law. He has been the rector of the Ludovika University of Public Service since 1 February 2022.
President of the Religious Institution Section
Roman Catholic priest, canon lawyer, theologian, university professor. He completed his postgraduate studies at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. He was dean of the Faculty of Theology between 2006-2014, and has been rector of the Pázmány Péter University since 2019. Since 2021, he has been head of the Pope John Paul II Research Center.
President of the Private Institution Section
Rector of the Budapest Metropolitan University, sociologist, economist, doctor of philosophy and political science, habilitated university professor, filmmaker, and member of the Hungarian Academy of Arts. He is a former senior advisor to the president of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and is a recipient of the Miklós Bánffy Award and the Hungarian Knight's Cross.

A certified basketball coach, he holds a doctorate in economics, is a university professor, and is the rector of the Hungarian University of Sports Science. From 2018 until his appointment as rector in 2022, he was a member of the Hungarian Accreditation Committee and chairman of the Sports Science Committee.
President of Rectors' Association of Universities of Arts
Gyula Harangozó Award-winning dancer and university professor. Following her active artistic career, she became the director of the Choreographer and Dance Teacher Training Institute in 2011. She has been rector of the Hungarian Dance University since August 2021. From January 2026, she is the president of the Rectors' Council of Art Universities.
Delegate of the Religious Institution Section
Sándor Enghy is a university professor born in 1956. He is the rector of the Reformed Theological University of Sárospatak. He obtained his PhD in Cluj-Napoca. He obtained his habilitation at the Lutheran Theological University. He speaks German and Dutch at an advanced level, English at an intermediate level, and Hebrew at a basic level.
Delegate of the Model Changing Section
An associate professor, he has been the rector of the University of Nyíregyháza since 2023. He obtained a degree in civil engineering from the Budapest University of Technology in 1983, followed by a PhD in geosciences in 2006. His research focuses on the application of geoinformatics in shaping the built environment and protecting the natural environment.
