Members of the HRC Religious Section met at the Lutheran Theological University

On 10 October 2025, the Religious Section of the Hungarian Rectors' Conference (HRC) held its meeting at the Lutheran Theological University in Budapest. At the meeting, held in the university campus chapel, rector András Korányi welcomed the members and presented the university. This was followed by a briefing by Secretary General Zoltán Dubéczi on the activities of the HRC. The last item on the agenda was the election of officers. The term of office of Section President Géza Kuminetz was extended for another two years, beginning on 10 December 2025, and the rector was re-elected by the section.
 
After lunch, in the Zugló Evangelical Church located on campus, the university's teachers and students presented several works from the treasures of Evangelical church music, followed by a short lecture on the historical documents of church music from the National Evangelical Collection by the director of the collection, Pál Lackner, gave a short presentation on historical documents of church music from the National Lutheran Collection.
